Abstract: | This project introduces an advanced �Vehicle Tracking and Anti-Theft System� designed to enhance vehicle security and enable real-time location monitoring. The system uses a Raspberry Pi, 4G modem, GPS module and DC motor to simulate the vehicle's engine to deliver advanced features, including vehicle tracking accessible through a dedicated website. Upon detecting the vehicle unlock via an IR sensor, the system immediately sends a notification to the owner's phone. The system features an API-based messaging service that allows the owner to perform specific actions through SMS links this message contains a clickable link that directs the owner to a web interface, enabling remote access to vehicle controls by provide options to stop the vehicle, start it, or check its current location. If the vehicle is stopped remotely, it cannot be restarted with the key alone. The owner must first click the "start" command in the message and then insert the key, adding an extra layer of security to prevent unauthorized access. With its IoT-based design, the system eliminates the need for traditional GSM modules and offers seamless user interaction through a web interface. It ensures reliability, accessibility, and scalability, making it a practical and modern solution for enhancing vehicle safety. This innovative system addresses the growing need for secure and easy-to-use vehicle monitoring solutions. |
